Nope, I don’t use any websites. I use Photoshop CS5 (but CS3+ should work too). I open the video (.mp4) by going to File > Import > Video Frames to Layers then a window should pop up saying if you want to get the whole video or just a selected portion. Click OK and the animation pops up. After that, I just add all the colorings I want =)
